We’re now two days into our new story, which we’re calling “Legal Troubles.” This is a very special story to me, one because I got to draw midgets on fire, but also because I get to work with a new collaborator, going by the name of “Clemens.” He has been sending me some script and I’ve been giggling madly at what I read.
Meanwhile, my new semester has just started. This semester in addition to the writing, speech, and career classes I teach, I’m teaching a drawing class. I’m rather excited about that. When I was in college, my life drawing classes were an arduous task which scared the bejeezus out of me. I struggled with drawing, and in many ways still do. But, after drawing almost everyday for a decade, I discovered that I’m actually kind of good at observational drawing. I hope that since I struggled so much, I can help students with similar problems.
